• Responsible for VIP customer communication, including Data Center business consulting, business model consulting, post-sales service
• Coordinate with IDC vendor to fulfill post-sale SLA such as drill, site audit, etc.
• Responsible for service renewal and provide recommendations for improvement in daily operation
• To ensure daily operation procedure run smoothly and prepare regular monthly report for management review
• Responsible for strategic planning and ensure service level agreement are met
• Handle customer complaints and maintain good customer and business partner relationship
• Promoting company’s Data Centre services to generate new business opportunity
• Vendor Management / post sales services
• Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronic engineering, or related discipline
• 5 years or above experience in Data Center, telecom industry background is an advantage
• Good knowledge in DC facility / transmission / IP
• Familiar with data center daily operation
• Familiar with Data Center industry best practices and daily operation
• Good knowledge in data center facility, transmission or IP network will be an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Customer-oriented service mind and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
