Job Description

Candidates with less experienced will be considered as Assistant HRIS Manager.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Reporting to Senior HR Manager, you will take a key role in the successful implementation of HRIS for the group.
• Develop and maintain the project implementation plan, prioritize project tasks, manage project resources, manage project progress and deliverables of system vendors, maintain project documentation, and ensure that the project is delivered on time, budget and quality and in compliance with functional specifications and regulatory requirements
• Manage the communication with project sponsors, senior management, HR teams, IT teams, finance teams, legal teams, compliance teams, general members of staff and system vendors throughout the project
• Collaborate with various stakeholders on the implementation of HR projects and system initiatives, including gathering user requirements, functional analysis, user acceptance tests, documentation and post release maintenance
• Review existing HR processes and coordinate with IT Department and support vendors on quality maintenance and enhancements
• Coordinate the setup of testing environment, develop and execute the test plans with end users and internal stakeholders
• Drive HRIS initiatives and projects including Talent Management / Performance Management modules and provide effective support on reports analysis
• Coordinate the development of training materials and provision of user trainings

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in HRIS system implementation / transformation within sizable companies
• Familiar with PeopleSoft is definitely advantageous
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional groups, manage stakeholders’ requirements and resolve conflicts
• Strong analytical skills and good numerical sense
• A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated
