Job Description
• Provide technical support and handle email and phone enquiry
• Perform troubleshooting, health check on network equipment and network management system
Job Requirements
• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 1+ year working experience in networking support is preferred; knowledge in PC LAN Support is preferable
• Strong self-motivation and good communication skills, with ability to work independently
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
