Assistant Risk Manager
Client Description

Our client, a well-known global food company with presences in 12 countries is urgently seeking an Assistant Risk Manager to join their expanding team


Job Description
  • Develop and implementation of risk management framework
  • Drive a risk management culture and provide recommendations to stakeholders on risk and control issues, audit, process improvement and compliance measures
  • Work closely with the internal audit team of subsidiaries and ensure regular communication with business risk owner on group-wide risk
  • Carry out internal audit and special projects at group level
  • Conduct market and industry analysis, identify and monitor the risk exposure of the entire group
  • Assist in assessing new businesses/international trading opportunities
Job Requirements
  • University degree with relevant professional qualifications CPA, CIA, CISA, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a combination from Big 4 CPA firms and commercial organization, publicly listed company with international operation.
  • Previous experience in consumer products company are highly preferred
  • Strong culture awareness and knowledge of Chinese and US culture
  • Proven experiences and good knowledge in risk management, internal audit and project leadership
  • Independent personality, with strong analytical mind and problem solving skills
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
