• Create and execute test cases
• Maintain complete test documentation (test plan, test cases, and issues found)
• Accommodate quick/smart testing hacks
• Support UAT
• Provide technical Support and handle service requests by user
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter with a good sense of initiative and forethought.
• An effective team player, with the capability of working independently with minimal supervision under high pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a quality-oriented mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• 3- 6 Years of IT testing experience
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, speaking)
• 2- 4 years of experience in Banking (Preferably Wealth Management domain)
• Test Tools – HP ALM
