• Reporting to the Information Technology Director
• Provide all-rounded technical support, help desk to end-users and troubleshooting IT issues
• Monitor and perform health check to the system and network
• Assist in installation/upgrade of hardware, software and network
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Holder of Microsoft Certification is preferred
• Preferably 1 year related experience
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Well-versed in Window Server and client environment, knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory or VMware is definitely an advantage
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Self-motivated and with good problem-solving skills
• A good team player with strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
